Fixed Right & Guaranteed Super Techs is a rising leader in the Residential HVAC business and we are looking for great people 
We need reliable, trustworthy, courteous, and customer-oriented lead technicians to be the expert for A/C and Furnace Service & Installations.

Required Skills:
. Be a GREAT person
. Ability to explain to customers the work to be performed, and exceed their expectations
. Ability to install/troubleshoot issues with all types of HVAC units
. Must have own hand tools 
. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean record
. Ability to perform on call duties (We pay whether you go out or not)
. Must have excellent customer service/communication skills 
. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screenings

Preferred Skills:
. Journeyman License
