Fixed Right and Guaranteed came out very quickly to give me a quote for a new heat pump system. Even just for a quote, the technician took his time looking at my old system to see what was wrong (it was a 22 year old system so even I knew it was done) and then provided me with multiple options from just the basics to top of the line with all the extra bells and whistles.
The staff I spoke with via phone were polite and quick with getting me an appointment time for a new system installation, with was much appreciated with it being the middle of summer.
The techs who came out were very professional, knowledgeable, and took care with my home and my things. After they finished they explained everything and made sure I did not have any questions or concerns.
Overall I highly recommend them and feel confident in my new system installation.
