What It Takes to Be a Super Tech
Required Skills
- Be a GREAT person
- Explain to customers the work to be performed/exceed expectations
- Ability to install/troubleshoot issues with all types of HVAC units
- Must have own hand tools
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean record
- Ability to perform call duties (we pay whether you go out or not)
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screenings
- Preferred: Journeyman License
