Fall tune up
I completed two GOLD Loyalty Club fall heating Super Tune-Ups. The first was on a 2013 Carrier heat pump serving the sunroom and part of the basement. The second was on an Amana HVAC system with a basement gas furnace and coil that our team installed in 2024, along with an Ecobee thermostat we installed at the same time. During today’s preventative HVAC maintenance, I thoroughly inspected and tested both heating systems, completed our tune-up checklist, and confirmed both systems are heating properly. I also cleaned and inspected the fan-powered humidifier and replaced the client-supplied #35 water panel. Regular heat pump and gas furnace maintenance helps catch potential problems early, improve system reliability and efficiency, and maintain manufacturer warranty requirements. We’re proud to continue maintaining and servicing the HVAC equipment we install year after year.
