I completed a SILVER Loyalty Club spring AC Super Tune-Up on a 2016 Bryant 2-ton, 14 SEER heat pump with a basement air handler. During today’s preventative HVAC maintenance, I inspected the blower wheel, cleaned the evaporator coil, flushed the condensate drain line, checked refrigerant levels and electrical components, and washed the outdoor condenser coil. I found the secondary start device was over five years old and testing below the recommended range, so it was replaced with the client’s approval. The system is operating properly at this time.
