During the inspection, I found the air handler drain pan filled with water, cleared the clogged condensate drain line and trap, and replaced the drain pan treatment. I also rewired the overflow safety switch to work with the Carrier Infinity control so the HVAC system will automatically shut down if the drain pan begins to overflow, helping prevent potential water damage. I completed the air conditioning diagnostic by checking temperature splits, external static pressure, and refrigerant levels. After completing the AC repair and testing, the system is cooling properly at this time.
