AC Installation Experts You Can Trust

Purchasing a new air conditioning system is a significant decision, as it will have a lasting effect on the comfort of your home for many years. Determining the appropriate time to replace your current air conditioning system can be a challenging decision. Generally, air conditioning units have a lifespan of 15 to 20 years. If your current air conditioning system has reached this age, we recommend considering a more advanced and efficient unit.

Fixed Right & Guaranteed is the preferred provider for air conditioning installation throughout Chesapeake Beach. Our experts have years of experience and training. We are ready at a moment’s notice to perform emergency and same-day AC installations when you need it the most.

AC Replacement

It’s hard to tell when your system is about to fail. If you have neglected maintenance, such as changing the filters and scheduling annual inspections, it’s likely that your air conditioner will not reach its expected service life. If you notice the need to call for air conditioner repair more often over the past few cooling seasons, it’s time for a replacement. Continuing to patch up a failing air conditioner is not the best financial move for many homeowners.

It’s no secret you have a great deal of air conditioning companies to choose from. Our licensed and insured technicians at Fixed Right & Guaranteed will install a modern, highly efficient air conditioning system that will provide comfort to your home for years to come. Duct Cleaning in Chesapeake Beach, MD

Your air conditioning ducts are often contaminated with pollutants and contaminants that make their way into your house every day. When impurities enter your air conditioning unit, they will also be re-circulated anywhere from five to seven times a day. If this occurs, filth and grime build up inside your air ducts and contaminate the air you breathe.

One of the most important reasons to have your home air ducts cleaned is to improve the quality of your indoor air. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, the average six-bedroom home creates approximately 40 pounds of dust that is circulated through your air vents every year. Your HVAC system is your home’s way of breathing; it takes air in and exhales it back out. Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean you are not breathing it.

Get your duct cleaning service scheduled today! When it comes to the cleanliness and quality of the air you breathe, don't settle for anything less than the best. At Fixed Right & Guaranteed we pride ourselves on being the leading air duct cleaning experts throughout the Chesapeake Beach area. With our exceptional services and commitment to customer satisfaction, we guarantee to deliver outstanding results for your home.

Chesapeake Beach, MD - I completed a GOLD Loyalty Club fall HVAC Super Tune-Up on a Carrier basement system. During today’s preventative HVAC maintenance, I performed a thorough system inspection and found both the evaporator coil and outdoor condenser coil heavily soiled, so I cleaned both coils to help improve airflow and system performance. I also flushed the condensate drain line and inspected the condensate pump, blower wheel, electrical components, refrigerant pressures, temperature split, static pressure, and operating amperages. During the inspection, I identified an aging condensate pump making unusual noise, a secondary start component testing below the recommended range, and rust on the contactor. The system is currently up and running. Regular HVAC maintenance helps uncover developing issues like these before they lead to unexpected breakdowns, while helping improve system efficiency, reliability, and maintain applicable manufacturer warranty requirements.

Review
We had an emergency that Fixed Right was able to diagnose over the phone. They then sent a technician right over to be sure our unit was performing optimally. We could not be happier with their service.
